Doelgroep
This course is aimed at professionals with AI (delivery) responsibility including product managers, service managers, service designers, project and programme managers, transformation leads, implementation leaders, and operations managers.
Voorkennis
There are no required pre-requisites for this course, however some experience of ITIL® would be beneficial.

The course lasts two days.
